Mom of 5, first time on a real diet in need of support

So today I have finally decided to take the first step in getting my body back. I was 110 lbs before I had my 5 children and now I weigh 152 lbs. I feel gross and look like a slob. I feel tired and un-motavated. I HAVE to do this for ME. I cant afford no do I have I have the time to buy fancy diet pills and go to the gym. I have to find a way to do this myself and from home with my children who are aged 9, 7, 5, 3 and 19 months. I know this is going to be a huge challange but I cant fail, I need a total lifestyle change.

    I am on the same boat I have 4 kids and have been putting myself second to all of their needs and Im ready for me me my kids are 15 12 10 and 5 and they are a little less dependant on me so its all about me just don't where to start.

    Just start with your diet/food - the exercise can wait and you'll still get results by changing your calorie intake.
    That's something that can be done whether you have no children or 10 :smile:
