I've worked hard and I'm still working. I've got 100 lbs to go to get to my healthy weight. But I refuse to quit, I refuse to be one of those who lose it all only to gain it back.

    What an inspiration for everyone. I have lost 70lbs and still need to lose 80lbs more. I have struggled for the last few months with bad habits coming back. I recently join MFP and it has really help me to see everything in black and white. Keep up your journey, we are all so worth it.
