FREAKY FEB - workout calendar

For all those lazy like me and need a daily workout calendar (w/o a DVD or vid.), (I hate blogilates one b/c I hate the videos - sorry) I've spent the whole day (yes) making one for february :bigsmile: (freaky february)
I'll still be hitting it with 30DS, 30Day cardio challenge and C25K
you'll get two real rest days (6 "light" days)
capital "S" after a number means seconds
with oblique crunches it's half right side half left side (hence that huge number so don't panic !)
static lunges you have to do twice (once each side)
donkey kicks half the number (half per leg)
