Stronglifts is basically to build strength but i did it to loose some belly fat. i went from squatting (A2G) 45lbs to 150lbs and deadlifting 95lbs to 160lbs in one month! If you want to build some strength, you must try this program.
All i did was follow the program and eat what i wanted as long as its not too much.
