Fiber

There is something I am concerned about in the tracking of my daily meals. The goal amount for Fiber is at 15 which is very low. I know I have read that women should be aiming at 30 gr of fiber per day. My goal is for 40 gr of fiber per day. Anyone tracking their fiber and can the goal amout in the database be changed?:smile:

    You can change all your goal stats manually. From your home page to to settings. On the settings page (on the same line as the settings button) click the goals button.

    Fruits and vegetables! Best source.
    Beyond that, if necessary,
    Add fiber supplements. Not capsule types.
    Powder, flakes, granules. whatever form you choose.
    There are so many out there. Tasteless. Many don't change food texture.
    Like any thing else start with small doses. There's always a learning curve.
    Google will give you lists, and properties of them.
    If using the supplements. Drink extra water. extra water.
