unfortunately you cant spot reduce. Just keep a caloric deficit and eventually the weight will come off from your hips.0

You can't spot reduce but you CAN build up the muscles in that specific area of your body and muscle assists in burning fat so MAYBE...doing specific hip exercises could sort of spot reduce....?
I'd try doing lunges and squats...also lay on your side on the floor and try doing hip circles and leg raises to work on your thighs...hope that helps some.0 -
The hokey pokey & slim fast.
(Seriously though-its the same way you slim down every other part of you. Whole foods, reasonable portions, consistent exercise & time).0 -
you can't spot reduce fat via exercise only liposuction.
also depending o your genetics ad body type you might always have larger hips since much of hip size is also determined by how wide your pelvis is.
if you're this close to your goal weight, you should look into body recomposition via weight lifting to change your overall body fat percentage.0 -
I didn't have wide hips until I got pregnant with my 2nd kid so now I'm wanting to slim them down just a little0

Slim in 6 and the stationary bike (in combination with overall calorie reduction) have made my calves, thighs, hips, and shoulders smaller. It took about 4 weeks before I noticed the difference, but there definitely is a difference.
Would something else have worked? Probably, but that worked for me.
Good luck!0
