Les Mills Pump - Train 2 Days in a Row? Ez-Curl Bar?

I am just starting to do this DVD set. I have just started with Challenge, but wanted to know if it is possible to do any of the Pump workouts (e.g., Pump and Burn, Pump and Shred, Pump Challenge) two days in a row. I know with traditional strength training you should not lift weights that exercise the same set of muscles two days in a row, but since this isn't traditional strength training, I didn't know if the same rule would apply. I am just planning on using the dvd's that use the barbell to supplement other cardio. I am not planning on just doing the Pump dvd's, as I do other cardio as well.
Also, can an ez-curl be used for parts of the DVD. I was sold on an ez-curl bar when I went to get a lightweight bar from Pump it Up Sports used sporting goods store. I have since ordered a regular straight bar, but wanted to possibly use the ez-curl as a second bar so that I did not have to keep switching weights.
