Monday weight in

Weight in tomorrow morning going for a 3lb loss since last week, been relatively good so here's hoping.

When's your day?? What you hoping for.???

    I'm a Monday weigher as well, hoping for a couple of lbs this week, as it's only week two.

    Msmason82 - can I suggest you don't weight so often? Weighing only once a week forces you to stay on track to get a good result at the end of it, and means you see a bigger difference each time.

    Thank Hun :) I do try but I get tempted I am really happy to lose anything though a Los is a loss xx

    Different things work for different people. If you want to weigh every day then do it, it's not going to make a difference to how much you lose lol!!

    Every day. Otherwise I could lose control and mess up easily after the weigh in and then try to make up for it toward the end of the week. Not a place where I want to be.
