Opinions on protein and fiber?

What are your opinions on going over your suggested (by fitness pal) amount of protein and fiber in terms of weight loss.

    I don't worry about going over on protein. I don't pay attention to fiber.

    I'd rather have too much protein than too many carbs, sodium or sugar, and you can't have too much fiber unless you don't drink enough. I always go over on both and I'm still losing. Just make sure it's good protein like white meats, nuts and veggies and not hamburgers or giant steaks.

    As long as you don't have any kidney problems, it shouldn't be a problem going over on protein. As for fiber, if you can go over without being doubled over in gas pain then all the power to ya! lol

    yeah no worries on protein or fiber because they are both great for u especially if u lift.......

    I changed my goals to 40% protein 35% fats and 25 % carbs. If i hit these macros im never hungry

    I have changed my fibre to 30gms and protein to 98gms. It wont hurt if you go over on these.

    I look at both protein and fiber as the minimums I should be getting.
