Hello Everyone

Well, after years of having a great time and then finally seeing a photo taken of me, I have decided that 2013 is the year that I do something about it. I have never really spoken about my weight loss plans as this is not something I have done before.

To start with, it was a bit hard! I have given up smoking and this has given me the mindset that because of this, all I will want to do is eat. Anyhow, after a couple of weeks on this and being the gym’s best friend I have found myself 15 lbs lighter than I did at the start of the year. I have enjoyed trying new things, such as a meat free lasagne and home made pizza.
