I am a newbie,, my name is Charlotte, I am from Chatham in England and here is my story;

When I was a kid I was bullied at school and basically stopped eating through depression. I went through all kinds of stuff and the result of it meant I started putting weight back on. However, I did not do it healthly and used food as a comfort instead of starving myself. As I grew older I balooned up in weight and I lost my confidence. After being disagnosed with Anxiety I used exercise as a way of dealing with it and I lost five stone. I was a healthy weight for a while but I began to use food again which then replaced the exercise. I now need to lose 25lbs to get back to where I was. Unfortunately I seem to lack the drive that I had before. I have been trying to get back to healthy eating but I have been making excuses. But now I have publically declared that this is what I am going to do I am hoping it will push me to follow it through.
