...but at the same time I want to not set the bar too low.
I love to set the bar low. That way I get to achieve my goals early and then set new ones! If I set too tough goals for too far in the future I get bored and demotivated. I love having lots of little successes. It encourages me to keep going on to the next level so I can get that happy little WIN feeling I get when I reach another goal. (Kinda crazy, but it really works for me...) :laugh:0 -

I shall be stoked to be 97 kg which is just under 10kg away for me. I do not remember ever being under 100 and well (I was about 90 full term pregnant but thats another story)
My last time was 10 years ago. I stood on the scale and cried!0 -
thanks everyone for your responses - I do in fact set smaller goals on my Wii every couple of weeks but i'm a "big picture' kind of person so I have to have something to aim for or why bother.0
