Does anyone know anything about these? Are they good, bad, doesnt really matter? I have heard mixed things about them but I would like some input from others who either use them or know anything about them. Thank you in advance!!

I used to get B12 injections. I switched to lozenges, and can't really tell a difference between the two.

They seem to help with my energy levels, but I'm not sure if they do anything for weight loss/ cravings. Just my experience.

I suppose they're good if you've got a B12 / B6 deficiency. Otherwise they'd be totally useless. You can get B vitamins really easily, even I can and I'm vegan. Just have a Berocca. For B12, have virtually any soy product (milk, soy burgers, any fake meat etc) or if you're not vegan, have an egg. Why take a shot?

If you don't know whether you need it, get a blood test.
