Is anyone else on Slim Fast? I'm looking for more friends who is also following this. Please feel free to add me or add me even if you also need friends.

    i was on slim fast for a while i thought about going back to it i love the drinks not bad at the least the chocolate royale ones

    i love it. I don't like the meal bars though. I tend to stick with the shakes and treats.

    I drink the Chocolate Royale shakes when I don't want to bother with anything else or need a quick snack. Feel free to add me if you want. I don't do any of the rest of the Slim Fast plan though.
