If I finish a day with hundreds of calories left over even though im not hungry, should I force myself to eat the extra calories?

Plan your days better so you aren't way under. Add some high calorie foods like nuts, oil, full fat dairy, peanut butter. A lot of times not being hungry is a combo of filling up on low calorie/high volume foods and brainwashing yourself that you need to eat less.0

As long as it isn't every single day, then no. Eat when you are hungry, until you are satisfied. The suggest of healthy higher calorie foods is a good one too!0

Well eat more if you are under the safe amount meant to keep you from going into starvation mode. Get the extra calories on a day like that from healthy fats. Just type this in google and you'll get lots of ideas. For the following days try planning out your day in the morning or night before and you'll see what you'd end up at if you ate like that. If you see you're gonna be short calories you can rework your plan to make sure you get the right amount. Maybe add cream cheese to the breakfast, mayo or dressing to the lunch sandwich or salad and olive oil, parmesan, or avocado to your dinner salad or entree. That way those extra calories you've been missing will be easier to eat as spread out through the day.0

It's not just about calories, if you are under by hundreds you are likely short on other nutrients. Split your calories and macros up over four to six small meals and start fuelling your body properly.
Looking at your diary you are only eating three times a day, you are not hitting the UK at least five servings of fruit and veggies in the full rainbow of colours (most western countries are seven to nine for health as supported by research), not eating three servings of daily or fortified equivalents, not eating oily fish, noty eating enough fibre and mineral carbs (wholegrains, beans, lentils), not eating enough protein, not eating enough healthy fats, more than 10% of daily calories as junk, highly doubt you are getting 18g of fibre, not eating a wide variety nor enough to maintain a healthy weight.
Sorry but I don't think you are meeting a single one of the UK healthy eating guidelines, and they are minimums and maximums not ideals for optimal health.0 -
Your daily calorie goal is set at 1290. If you are having trouble meeting that, you might want to rethink both your goals and how you are going about meeting them. A Mars bar for breakfast is... not a good meal. At least in my opinion.
You aren't logging any exercise that I can see, which means that you are most likely eating below your BMR--unless you stay in bed all day. Your appetite will probably improve if you eat more, and you might get some better results.0
