You're doing really well and you get into a routine then life gets in the way and derails it? Usually it messes me up for a long time...

Was doing very well getting up in the morning, 5:30 am, exercising for an hour, shower, breakfast...and then I got diagnosed with the flu a few days ago and havent been out of bed very much since. Yuck.

Going to try to start back up tomorrow morning, wish me luck. :)

  • you got the flu....your body needs rest so it can burn calories building up its immunity. Usually you do not gain weight in this period....most people lose it.

    Once your body has built up enough strength, you will have energy for days to come. Good luck!
