Setting myself up for Success. Wanna help?

I recently began using MFP and have found it to be the motivational tool I've been looking for. Although, I now am looking for friends to help me stay the course. I've been reading the success stories and know I need to connect with more than stats. So... if anyone wants to help me on my journey then please jump in.

I am setting goals in 30 day increments and my final goal in to lose between 20-25 lbs. The number on the scale is not as important as gaining a better body image, keeping up with my 2 yr. old grandson, and fitting back into my "cute" clothes.
