Healthy snack/lunch

The other day, I was trying to find something healthy and filling for a snack. I sprinkled lemon pepper on sliced red onion, green, yellow and red bell peppers, mushrooms and sauted in a little bit of olive oil. After they were tender, but crisp, I squeezed a little lemon juice on them. Delicious!!!
