Tdee/bmr/what mfp gives you?
What do you eat? I see low numbers on diaries a lot and i know everyone has factors that will make their numbers vastly didferent but its odd to see so many low numbers, do people not do research? I did a ton of research on here but others diaries make me wonder.

As a general rule, if you are a healthy adult female looking to lose weight, you should have a net of 1200 calories/day. Your body needs 800/day just to function, and an extra 400/day to do sedentary tasks like sitting or standing.0

Yup this is what I've read but it doesn't seem as though many go by this formula so it makes me wonder.0 -

I've read 1400 and wouldn't various people have a higher bmr than that so to eat lower wouldn't be healthy no?0 -

You are correct. Most people try all sorts of things and eventually "fail" at their weight loss and fitness goals.
But a small percentage read up, set themselves up with a good routine, and get great results.
Which camp do you want to be in?0 -
