jillian michaels body revolution + weight lifting

hey guys -
im 7 months pregnant now, and after i have the baby and am cleared for exercise by my doctor i plan on starting jillians 90 day program. however, i reallllly miss lifting and would love to get back to my squats and deadlifts asap. would it be crazy to do my regular lifting schedule (3x/week, one day lower body, one upper, one full body) along with the 90 day program?
