I had a question about calorie intake before exercise calories. I have about 100 lbs to loose. MFP put me at 2140 cals a day. I was finding myself eating junk just to fill the calorie requirement. So I changed it to 1600/day. Is this a reasonable amount? Or do I just need to wait it out?
I want to lose weight healthy and long term this is what I need for myself and family. The rest of my life.
Thank you for all your help and support.

Slowly as your weight goes down, MFP will adjust your calorie intake depending on how fast you are trying to lose the weight. At first I was at maybe 2000, then when my weight went down I went to 1760.0

I agree with the above posters. I'd go with their recommendation. However, if you're not hungry, don't feel the need to eat all your cals.0
