In July, I began my mfp journey. At that time, I weighed 191 lbs and wore a size 14. Yesterday, I went to buy some new jeans (skinny jeans) and had to ask the sales associate to fetch me a size ...wait for it..8! I have arrived in the land of SINGLE DIGIT SIZES!!!! I will add that I am now at 156 lbs. I had to share because I am proud of me.
