The little things

I'm about 4 weeks into changing my lifestyle, although the first two weeks were v slow due to Christmas, so its really only been two ish, but Ive already noticed big differences.

Even though Ive officially only lost 1lb, Im not letting that get me down, because:

-My hair feels in better condition
- my skin is glowing
- Ive lost almost 4% body fat
- Ive lost 2 points off my BMI
- I have so much more energy- no more afternoon naps needed!
- I'm educating myself about eating better
- I feel lighter
- I'm eating food that look good and make me feel good
- I can see my body beginning to shape up, losing inches
-I get such a buzz doing my workout classes
- I feel happier
- I'm getting healthier and working towards a long term goal of living long enough to be a crazy old lady with pink hair who hits on the hot 20 year olds :tongue:


So there's not much weight loss, but so so many good things going on! Hope this will be motivating to some who arent yet seeing the scale numbers going down.

    my hair and nails grow crazy fast thanks to loads of protein and all the good vitamins i get from plenty of fruit and veg!

    p.s great work, keep it up! the scales will catch up eventually!!

    We are all in such a rush to get to goal and forget that this takes time. It's great to hear someone be positive and notice the smaller changes along the way and looking at the long term benefits. With an attitude like that you will be where you want to be in no time :flowerforyou:
