Sun-dried tomato

I need some recipes that use sun-dried tomatos. I'm not a big fan of tomatos, but I really like these. So tell me some of your favorite meals you use them for?!?!

    sauteed with onion & spinach ... then scrambled with a few egg whites .... then topped with a smidge of feta .... toss that into a tortilla and you have an amazing tasting and incredibly filling breakfast!

    I love them with baked chicken. I just season my chicken with lemon, pepper and fresh garlic and bake it with the sun dried tomatoes.

    I like to stuff a chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes and either feta cheese or goat cheese. Tastes awesome!!

    Cattie, I am definitely trying that tonight. I love feta and I love sundried tomatoes -- I can't believe I never thought of that before!
