Oh the things I tell myself...

I have compiled a list of excuses that I tell myself when I get off track with exercise or eating. They are quite comical to say the least. Nonetheless, they are words I impulsively believe to justify bad habits. I am putting this list out there to get some ideas for healthy, realistic, and positive replacements to tell myself instead! Help me replace these and feel free to put your "bad thoughts" for justification out there too!!

Here ya go...

It's just one cookie, not the whole box!
One piece isn't going to make a difference today.
I can have that because it's early in the day not evening time!
I will work it off later. (later never comes)
I will start over tomorrow!
I can eat it because it isn't going to make me gain a lot overnight.
It won't matter if I don't work out because losing weight is 80% of eating choices.
I can eat that & technically I don't have to count it as calories because I didn't eat the WHOLE thing! lol
It's winter time, I will just wear black and hoodies to cover up my muffin top!
It will be ok, I exercised hard this morning and I deserve it!

These are just a few, but they convince me at times to eat bad or not work out! Might seem like silly excuses, but they work to help me go in the wrong direction fast! LOL
