Hey - right now, I am experimenting with the Weight Watchers diet and while I have lost weight by eating more fruit and veggies, I was curious how that compared to the Crossfit Zone diet and if one is better than the other.

I don't think Crossfit Zone is anything different from the regular 40/30/30 zone diet. You eat "blocks" of foods from each macro group to hit the above ratio. I tried it for a few days and it drove me crazy to try to figure out the blocks. Then I decided to eat Paleo and I don't count blocks or points.0

Paleo means eating meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, healthy oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods that are nutrient-dense. Avoid all grains, legumes, dairy, anything with added sugars, anything processed with lots of non-food ingredients.
There's also a "Primal" version, which does not eliminate dairy.
