this week for lunch i have decided to have a small meal after lunch for snack time . the meal consist of fruit and veggies. what can i add to the meal namely the veggies part so that it will be more filling and long lasting. i know from experience that an app;e of a few carrots dont hold up for long

I add radishes and broccoli to any meal. Adds bulk to the meal and makes me feel full. But you could add a serving of nuts to make your lunch last.0

I almost always have some protein with my snacks. Protein seems to help me feel satisfied the longest. So I have an apple with some almond butter, or carrots and hummus, or greek yogurt or cottage cheese with some fruit or vegetables.0
