Porridge & Egg Whites

Hi all,

I added 2 egg whites to my porridge this morning for added protein and it was nice and so so filling!

What else do you use egg whites for apart from the standard egg white omelette?

    Hmm...interesting idea. I haven't added my egg whites to my oatmeal, I eat them separately. Lol!
