When Do Your Cravings Hit?

And what do you do about them? Oddly enough, mine seem to hit right after I eat. I'm sometimes white-knuckling it for an hour or more right after I finish eating!

After I lift weights I get REALLY hungry, like ravenous. I can usually hold myself to eating something healthy. But every once in awhile...0

Usually after 10 p.m. When I get them then I try to eat & drink something with a lot of calories because my food diary says I eat to few calories.0

Are you doing a bunch of little meals throughout the day? I did used to have that happen before I switched to fewer, bigger meals.
Now it's when I'm premenstrual and when I've made poor nutritional choices -not enough carbs or not enough protein cause cravings for me. I don't really get them at all otherwise. I got them a lot at the beginning when my calories were initially set too low.0 -

Very late night. Or shall I say early morning. I wake up from my sleep craving for chocolate.
I need to learn how to control that.

2pm my craving for coffee and something sweet kicks in.
8pm my snack alarm goes off0 -
1. When I'm bored.
2. When it gets dark (im a vampire thirsty for chocolate and junk)
But im controlling it by drinking low calorie hot chocolate,coffee and tea :P:P0
