PMS????

Can I just say.....I HATE FEELING SABOTAGED BY MY OWN BODY!!!!....i have been feeling bloated and fatter for the past couple of days, and would love to be positive and say "oh, it's just water weight" or "maybe next week I'll see the difference" But it is so HARD when it happens like every THREE weeks. I have a couple good weeks (like literally 2) and then BAM....2 pounds back up!! Not to mention I am already vulnerable due to the feelings of depression and cravings that come along with PMS!!!! I know that if I keep trucking along and keep doing what i'm doing, i should get through this, but it gets harder and harder. It's been 40 days of consistently keeping track of my intake and exercising about 4 times a week and i have only lost about 1/2 inch in my waist and down 6-8 pounds (which just keeps going up and down right there it seems) I feel like SCREAMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad: :explode:

    I am sure the period pimple on my chin is adding kilos to the scales alone at the moment!!
