First week weigh-in

So have just done my first weigh-in and have lost 2lbs. Not brilliant but not too bad considering I have been less than angelic this weekend... let week 2 begin!!

    thats the healthy weekly loss! so good job... remmeber u want to lose weight and keep ito offf. so slow and steady is good!

    I lost 8 lbs during my first week, but it always starts like that for me. At first my weight goes down, then it gets stuck. My second weigh-in is tomorrow, and I'm not expecting much results...
    Point being, great job for those pounds - they are likely to stay off, too!

    Thats a fantastic loss slow and steady is always the best, you have a better chance of keeping it off the slower you do it.
