I should probably mention that I am on my feet all day, either serving customers in a retail environment or picking and packing stock orders...

Lost of fruits for quick energy... grapes are a good one. 100calorie bags of pop corn... it fills you up quick for low calories. Rice cakes with some peanut butter are great as well.. Greek yogurt, I especially like the dannon light and fit stuff, its only 80 calories.

If you have time to boil a couple of eggs before you go to work then they're really filling and good protein - should give you some energy. Also, if you're tired in general, you might want to consider taking an iron supplement. Hope this helps x

I'm against all empty carbs for your purpose. Popcorn is ridiculous. You should look for more heavy nutrient dense foods. Nuts, beef jerky, can you take a chicken breast?, fruits are good, but not too much, you don't want a sugar high, focus on protein and fat, not sugar and carbs.

Chicken breast really is not that nutritious.
