hey everyone,

i am female, 26 years old, 158cm and 56.7kg (at the moment)
i have been using MFP for a while, however, i never really looked into this forum.

i am not here to loose a lot of weight but 3-4 kg would be nice.
i am fairly active (running, Gym, spinning, horseriding, mountain bike...) but i also do like to eat... :o)
i dont do diets as i dont think that it will work for me in the long run i do however try to eat healthy with low carbs in the evenings...
so if anyone needs some help or just want to talk about gym/fitness stuff please feel free to add me... i am open to almost everything!
