I do one which is dead quick - using lean turkey meat, brown in 5 sprays of one-cal spray and a spoonful of chipotle paste, put in crock pot with a can of broth. Also add lots of chopped up veggies, whatever is left in the fridge. Good thing about the recipe is it easy to check number of calories because the broth will say it on the can.0

There are a bunch on the recipe tab of this web site. Just search for 'slow cooker' and dozens will come up! I just made the slow cooker chicken tortilla soup (w/o the tortillas). It is very yummy! Good luck!0

I've recently made both of these in my slow cooker. I put them into my MFP recipes and they both came out around 350 cals per serving. You could add meat or meat substitue of your choice for extra protein.

I made this yesterday. 247 calories/serving (but I weigh everything by the gram so yours may be +/- a few calories). This is my favorite chili recipe.
1 can dark kidney beans
1 can light kidney beans
1 small can no salt added tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
12 oz. beef stew meat
Spices (I used onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes and plenty of ground pepper)
Drain the beans. Do not drain the cans of tomatoes. Add everything to slow cooker. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours.0
