help with work induced problems

I'm really worried about this week because I have been sent to work in towns I have never been to before (I live in Indonesia where a supermarket is not a common thing) and have no way of exercising until Friday and won't be even getting to walk anywhere as I am going to be picked up from my "hotel" by car before and after work. I will probably also not be given much choice in what I eat and the choices I will be given won;t be healthy at all. Any ideas/help/motivation would be greatly appreciated

You have food boxes? A fridge? Big bag to put small prepared meals in boxes in?0

This is one of those, "you have to do the best you can do considering the circumstances." If you can bring food with you, then all the better. Just make the wisest choice you can. As far as exercise, walk up and down the halls of the hotel or around the hallway.0

I travel a bit as well and understand. If you can bring healthy food with you that would work, but it is not always feasible depending on the area or hotel. If you can't, you can't - just make the best decisions you can with what you have.
As far as exercise, most hotels have a gym or pool and you could always walk around the property. For hotels that don't have much, calisthenics works very well. Squats, push ups, sit ups and walking or jogging in place can go a long way.
So relax and breathe - you can do anything if you set your mind to it.0
