5th day in

hi every one.
i am a 31 year old mum to a 4 year old. for Too many years ive been either chubby or overweight. when i saw the scale say 100kgs, that was a real shock. ive been watching what i eat, but obviously not good enough cuz i just wasnt loosing anything. its alnost like ikow how to maintain to weight, give ir take 5kgs, but getting to where i want to be wasnt happening. i found MFP while being encouraged by my very new, younger boyfriend, with who himself is trying to loose the extra. i was motivated to really do something about it instead if winging it. im five days in now, sixth tomorrow and with simple excersise and strength done at hime, im finding it easy.

what a great site and app to have available for free. this is what it should be about. all of us getting healthy and trim with out hundreds of dollars. :)
