Anyone else with PSA

Hello everyone

I was just wondering if there are any fellow sufferers out there with PSA ? I am really struggling even though I am on a lot of medication including Methotrexate, Sulfasalazine and Etanercept and have to have steroid injections every so often just to help me get through. Because of all the medication, pain and tirdness I find it hard to get in the right mind set for weight loss. The more down I am the more I eat and the more I eat the more down I become. I struggle with exercise A) because I hurt and am tired and B) because I am overweight and find it really hard work. I know that if I lose the weight there will be less pressure on my joints which will help the pain and inflammation but just can`t stop eating :frown:

Any one out there feel the same ? maybe we could help each other
