Looking for a new workout

Me and my wife are looking for a good fat burning workout. I used to playn football for years and haven't worked out in four years. So I know the high intensity weight training to build muscle. I wold like to burn the fat first before I get into a high intensity workout again. We always start with cardio for 20-30 minutes. I would imagine that you have to do low weight and high reps for toning and fat loss. Any suggestions on what we should do for weight training?

high intensity weight training is good for fat loss... as long as you aren't eating to bulk too.0
