Tricks to staying on track with clean eating?

Hey there, I"m trying to keep myself on track all week and stay away from any temptations. I've packed all lunches/snacks ahead of time so i wont be tempted to buy bad lunches, or snack on cookies. What other things could I do to keep myself from snacking on junk?

    Don't keep any in your house and don't keep extra money on you for extra food while out. That's pretty much all you can do aside from just willpower.

    I'm a pretty disciplined shopper (usually), but once it's in my house all bets are off. Also, if you're having trouble staying on track, give some thought to how sustainable your approach is. Many people get caught up in eating too clean, which does them no good if they can't sustain it.
