I'm pretty lucky... My husband is SUPER supportive... (even though he tells me I don't need to do much more lol) he cooks dinner every night and tries to do the healthy thing for me.... I am going shopping today and overhauling all the "junk" in my pantry.. (except for HIS stuff lol... tortillia chips, poptarts, ect...)

OK, it looks like almost everyone else replied with the same advice--and this is said with love--but your diet is garbage! Well, much of it is, you do better at getting in the fruits.

I've lost weight on processed foods, so it's certainly possible, but the previous poster was right, you will feel so much better with healthier foods. Costco does have cheaper meat prices, so that helps. I also base my shopping list on what's on sale that week for produce, so that helps some too. And, other than the produce, I find cooking meals at home and planning on eating the leftovers for lunch to be much cheaper than the ready-to-eat meals or eating out all the time. It does take some planning and discipline and I do find it challenging at times, but it's worth it.

If you're at all interested in finding healthy recipes, this is a great place to start: http://www.skinnytaste.com/. And there are some good recipes posted on the recipe board here.

    Good luck!
