I need more friends on here who are doing or have completed Insanity. I'm starting MAX today and if it's as difficult as I've heard...I'm gonna need extra motivation.

Girl......I've completed Insanity 1.5 times (the .5 is because of an injury lol) and it never gets easier! The warmup alone in Max is crazy. You will feel amazing afterwards, though! You got this......Keep it up!0

You can do it! Max is crazy and like someone else said- it never does get easier! Im starting month 1 over again. I finished it the first time in November so its time to start again!0

I'll be done with month 1 today and then I do the "recovery" week and start month 2 on the 23rd.
It's wicked tough but I'm loving it. I look forward to my rest days and I'm planning on taking a month off when I"m done and doing it all over again but with my husband this time.0 -
Finished Insanity last November, took the holidays off and on Week 2 currently. By the time I got to month 2 I was in such better shape I think I enjoyed it more than month 1. It's a wicked crazy workout! I love it!0

Okay so the first time I did Max Plyo I swore the whole time (and I'm not a swearing person). However, if you have put everything into month 1 then month 2 shouldn't be that awful. I actually enjoy the month 2 workouts LOADS more than month 1, there is more variety in the moves and I MUCH prefer the warm-up, I find it much less awful than the first month even though it has switch kicks which were my nemesis in month 1 Max Interval Circuit is now actually one of my favourite workouts of all time and I will definitely be carrying on with that one (and probably Plyo!) when I'm done. Cardio is a bit meh. But I LOVE the Recovery workout in month 2, I heard lots of people say they hated it and skipped it, but I think there are some really great, tough moves in there and will probably also do that every now and again.
Good luck. Don't worry you'll be fine!!0 -
For those that have finished month 1 (or anyone that has seen changes) what changes have you seen and how did you change your calorie intake?0

I have done both Insanity and Asylum. If are looking for support, I have a fb group if you like to join at https://www.facebook.com/groups/2082452326141460

Two rounds here, and now into Insanity Asylum. The Max phase is my favorite, and if you pushed through the first month you've got what it takes to kill it the second month. Good luck!!0

You guys are all awesome! I finished my first MAX workout and am ready for more!! Even though Shaun ruined my fave move (switch kicks) by putting em on the floor! I cant wait to see these results.0

I'm on day 12.
Everytime I see the tracker say "Don't Stop Moving" when I feel like a wet rag and can't breath during the water breaks, I want to throw something at the TV lol.0 -
I don't think the workout will get easier because when you get more energy, most likely you are going to push yourself more too. . Happy exercising~0
