How do you log your exercise for p90x on here?? Or any kind of workout video for that matter...

    Maybe find a topic that is close to what you did today? So...say you did plyometrics, then possibly choose kickboxing or something as similar as you can find?? :)

    When you click on add exercise, at the bottom of the next page there will be a link for "would you like to add exercise" you can then type in your new exercise. Does this make any sense?
