Formula 50 workout book

%0 Cent just released a new book titled "Formula 50" ...that is also the name of his Vitamin water by the way. He says its a 6 week work out plan that will get you right. I think I'm going to buy that today, if anybody already has it can you tell me how it is??

    Haven't read it, but 50 is smokin' hot! It would be worth the price for the pictures alone! :)

    I wouldn't buy it. You are just giving him your money, and he has enough already. And I doubt that anything he says in his book can't be found on the internet for FREE.
