Lucky girl

I just need to say how lucky I am to have a supportive husband. I don't have any friends or family in my area willing to lose weight the "hard" way (without supplements and crazy crash diets) so I've felt pretty alone in all of this, but my husband who is able to eat whatever he wants, thanks to an amazing metabolism has completely changed his routine for me. He does the majority of the cooking due to my busy work and school schedule and is more than happy to prepare healthy meals for both of us. The true test was last night, I was determined to get a 2-3 mile walk in and at a -2 wind chill, he bundled up and did the walk with me! Without him and my other MFP cheerleaders, I know I would not be able to do this!

Awww that is SO great to know that you have at least one person that is supporting you in this. I know exactly how you feel! I do not have many friends here and the ones that I do have can eat whatever they want and eat out ALL the time. I am lucky that my bf has been supporting me in my weight loss and has even come up with ideas of his own (ie: juicing) and has even cut down on the drinking to help support me in my No Alcohol January..
I know how important it is to have someone rooting you on...another reason why i LOVE LOVE LOVE MFP!
