Anyone out there following Tosca Reno Eating Clean Plan? I only know of one other person who is with me on this plan. I thought I could find a lot more members following the plan, but no success.

    Hello,

    I just picked her books up and I love the idea of "don't eat anything with a label." Makes you go back to good wholesome cooking. :happy:

    I agree!!! I have her Totally Charged and her Your Best Body Now book...so easy to follow.
