I'm not a big coffee person but I've had a couple of cups this morning. How much extra water should I drink to balance out some of the dehydrating effects that coffee has?

That's a really good question. Recent studies show that coffee is not dehydrating as previously thought.

But drink half your pound weight in ounces everyday anyway. It's a good habit to get into.0 -
