What is a good goal for fat, carb and protein ratios?

Hello everyone,
I am new to this, and wanted to know what are some realistic and sensible ratios for carbohydrates, protein and fat (in terms of daily percentages)? And why?
I am 215 lbs, and am hoping to lose 60 lbs in under 1 year's time.
I am 23, and 5'6.

Ratios are a poor way to set up a diet. Protein intake, for example, should be determined by body mass, not by caloric intake.

I am currently working out 3 days a week (20 minutes of running + 20 minutes of strength training for each of those 3 days)

1g\lb of your lbm in pro and .45g\lb of your lbm in fat every day and fill the rest of your calories how you like (all carbs or more pro and fat)0
