I haven't been super active over the last few months (on MFP and in real life), but I am back and I know this isn't easy so I want more friends for motivation and encouragement. In my inactivity I haven't really gained any weight, but I am not losing, and I am out of shape. Obviously, this needs to change and MFP has helped in the past, so let's hope it helps more!
