What are some low cal foods high in potassium and iron?

I've been trying to increase my potassium and iron levels without increasing my salt intake or my calories. It seems like every source of iron is high in sodium and every source of potassium is a high calorie starch. Any suggestions? I would be grateful for any help

Fruits and Vegetables
Spinach, broccoli and chinese cabbage are low carbohydrate vegetables which, according to the National Kidney Foundation, are are also high in potassium. Avocados and tomatoes are low-carb, potassium-rich fruits. To receive the maximum amount of potassium from these foods refrain from cooking or leaching the vegetables or fruits for an extended period.

You could also just take a multi-vitamin. That's what I do to make up for a lack of iron.0

Try herbs. Parsley, chervil, dill, etc.

I have issues with low iron and the best thing that helps me is Special K. One serving has half of your daily value of iron. and usually only 150-170 cals a serving. Add low fat milk, good to go. Of course spinach is a great one too.. all the leafy green things. Meat is good as well, try fish if your going for more low cal. A piece of tilapia is like 96 cals.0

I love coconut water. I use it as a sports drink rather than gatorade or powerade. but, you have to be careful because these companies that sell them add too much sugar to the coconut water.
Arizona make a good one bottled under the name Cocozona.0 -
Clams, white beans, spinach, soybeans, lima beans, kidney beans, potatos with skins
