BMR vs Daily Intake

Ok, I used the BMR tool and it told me that my BMR is 1560. Other calculators online have told me that I need to each 1650 calories at my current weight to lose 1 lb./week.
So I'm confused. Should I lower my intake to 1550? Or stick with the 1650?

Stick with 1650. Eating AT your BMR is not the goal. Eating between your BMR and your TDEE is the goal.
